Another great thing about satellite dish systems is that they use the digital format.
Analog tv is soon to be a thing of the past. The current satellite dish system providers send their signals in digital format and their receivers are all 100% digital.
The dish systems that I have used in the past were fairly simple as far as ordering goes. I've heard that Dish Network is the prefered choice in the satellite dish world but all I've dealt with is Directv.
